Service agreement

1. Who this agreement is between

This agreement is between Wafflemango LLC, doing business as Pagewell, and the business named in the Order. The person signing confirms they have authority to sign for that business.

2. What we provide

We build and host a one page website, register its domain name, provide an SSL certificate, and make small text and photo changes. Any add ons you choose are listed in your Order. We aim to make your site live within 5 business days after your first payment and after we receive the information we need from you.

3. Term

Your initial term starts when we receive your first payment and runs for 12 months.

4. Fees and payment

Monthly fees are paid in advance by card through Stripe. If you pay for the whole year at once, you receive 10% off the full 12 months. Fees do not include applicable sales tax. We retry failed payments and may pause services while an amount remains unpaid. Later changes to your plan require a new Order.

5. Ending early

If you end a monthly plan within its first 12 months, you owe an early ending fee equal to 2 months of your monthly fees. Your services end at the end of the billing month in which you tell us. A yearly plan has no refund and no further early ending fee. To give notice, email hello@getpagewell.com.

6. After the initial term

After 12 months, a monthly plan continues month to month. You can cancel it at any time with no fee. A yearly plan ends after the year unless you renew it. We contact you about 30 days before it ends.

7. Domain, content and ownership

We register the domain for you and transfer it to you on request once all fees are paid. You own the content you provide and confirm you have the right to use it. We keep ownership of our templates and tools.

8. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate business information, content and approvals when requested. Keep your contact and payment details current. Do not provide content that breaks the law or another person's rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of the claims you make about your business.

9. Support and changes

Small edits, such as a new photo, phone number or opening hours, are included. We quote bigger changes before doing the work. We answer support emails within 2 business days.

10. Suspension and ending for cause

Either party may ask the other to fix a serious breach of this agreement. If it is not fixed within 14 days after written notice, the party giving notice may end the agreement. We may pause services while a serious breach remains unresolved.

11. Limits of our responsibility

Services are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months. Neither party is responsible to the other for indirect damages.

12. Electronic signature and records

You may sign the Order electronically. Both parties agree that electronic signatures and records have the same effect as paper ones. Keep a copy of your Order and this agreement for your records.

13. General

The laws of the State of Wyoming, USA govern this agreement. This agreement and your Order are the entire agreement between us about these services. Any changes must be agreed in writing.

Prices

Prices are before applicable US sales tax. Business email and the CRM require a website plan.

• AI website development: $50 per month
• Business email: $5 per month per mailbox
• Custom CRM: $100 per month with 1 seat included, plus $20 per month for each extra seat
• AI automations: Quoted per project, from $100 per month
